Filming 001: Date 24th/Sep/2012
(Confirmed - Ready to Shoot)
Myself and Sam have successfully booked the City of Norwich (CNS) school "HUB" for the 24th of September 2012 (Monday) during period one and two (9am-11am) - one of our locations to film Brian.
The shot which we'll be filming at this location on Monday is composed of mainly a close up of Brian's face, while he is singing his song "Information" at an eye line height/level to the camera's lens.
We shall be using my Cannon 600D photography camera which films in 1080FPS (frames per second) to record and capture Brian against a black background. This will be used as an intertextual reference to Sinéad O'Connor's 1989 song "Nothing Compares 2 U" since we find that the continuous close up shot is very iconic and memorable due to the use of facial expressions which emphasize the emotion from the lyrics and hope to achieve something similar for our own music video.
Along with this, Sam will bring his camera. He will be taking different tilted and various close ups from different angles while filming the shot to add more diversification.
Sam has emailed Brian and asked if this date is ok with him, and Brian has responded positively and will meet us outside the gate at 8:45am.
