Meeting Brian Korteling - Our Artist
On the last day of the holidays (5th/Sep/2012) Myself and Sam went to meet Brian Korteling, the artist of our chosen song "Information" in
Waterstones cafe on Back of the Inns road.
We talked and discussed our ideas over a cup of orange juice each. He mentioned that he was very honored that we chose his song to use for A2 media studies.
Brian also suggested an idea of his own, this idea is where he is playing his guitar against a black wall, or even in a black colored room and objects, such as boxes slowly move into the mise-en-scene around him.
Myself and Sam liked his idea, the camera would of course also change between a verity of close ups, zooms, and tilt shots too. Myself and Sam then discussed that this idea is possible, and we may explore similar ideas in the future.
